Your main tasks are:

Drive Supply Reliability
-
Close collaboration with Regional Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Business Quality and Commercial Teams to assure supply for promotions, seasonal sales, quarter-end sales etc.

Execution of the Short-Term Exception Management process
-
Managing of supply issues incl. communication with relevant stakeholders
-
Monitoring flow of goods from plants to local warehouses

Proactive Inventory Management
-
Proactive Management of Slow Moving, Excess and Obsolete stock (SLOB) and lead execution of agreed actions with Demand Planning and Commercial Teams

Execution of Destruction Process and Broker Sales
-
Assure optimal inventory level in JNJ warehouses considering value, coverage and physical inventory

Reporting
-
Provide visibility on current/future Out of Stocks and sales risks according to stakeholder needs
-
Own SLOB reporting based on operational, S&OP and Regional requirements

Provide stock availability and inventory reporting
-
Support local / regional projects and ad-hoc analyses

Min. 5 years experience in Supply Chain positions, preferably in FMCG/Electronics/Retail environment
-
Good knowledge of SAP and excellent MS Excel
-
University degree
-
Fluent in English and Polish
-
Excellent skills in analyzing and understanding data – able to recommend actions and challenge local and regional teams based upon facts

Ability to identify and manage risk in the supply chain, considering tradeoffs between service, inventory and costs
-
Proactive, results orientated person
-
Senior attitude and experience of working with people on different management level and attitude to convince them by getting their support to achieve targets
-
Have experience in developing effective relationships & collaboration with other people/functions eg. Sales, Logistics, Demand Planning etc.

Ability to work independently based on target setting

Ability to work in a fast and dynamic organization while maintaining strong controls and detail to decisions.
