Requirements:
- University graduate (Bachelor or Master degree)
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Previous experience with system support in international corporation
- Previous experience with relevant systems such as Active Directory, Lotus notes, SharePoint, CA SDM
- Experience with Cisco Ironport system administration
- Previous experience with leading projects
- Previous experience with leading a team is advantage
- English – advanced level, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with information technology, systems and data
- Analytical skills and knowledge of relevant system
- Good communication skills
- Service quality oriented
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of own team and leading projects
- Overseeing 100% of the requests, incidents and problems. Managing and coordinating urgent and complicated support issues. Acting as escalation point for all requests and incidents
- Cooperation with other BSC teams and local IT teams
- Taking ownership and control over completion of global deployment projects related to Desktop services and internal projects
- Assisting in developing standards, process, procedures, policy, workflows, and service level agreements
- Coordinating communication to staff, local SD and global teams
- Solution development and service design
- Service portfolio management
- Systems’ checks
