In this role you will be a key contributor to the development and execution of the global succession planning programs and talent moves coordination. Additionally, you will support the smooth flow of people movement.
You will also be responsible for preparing Talent Review sessions and providing inputs for any other initiatives related to global talent management such as Global Mobility program and capturing their respective outcomes. You will ensure alignment between different programs, such as Succession Management and employee development programs.
Finally, you will participate in the concept development of various Talent Management strategy projects as they arise.

- Coordinate succession plans for senior key positions:
- Facilitate successor reviews and appointments to the desired succession pool
- Further to talent reviews, record and track future moves, vacant roles, successors shortlists, etc.) and send to the HRBPs the follow-up actions to be taken
- Update agreed plans on individual position / employees level
- Measure these plans efficiency and suggest process improvement where necessary
- Shortlist successors based on confirmed appointment plans
- Facilitate Key Roles maintenance, following business priorities changes :
- Initiate and facilitate regular review as per agreed processes
- Ensure global approach and alignment between functions / regions
- Ensure the key role list is up to date
- Align Succession Planning with Employee Development
- Link future actions with Learning & Development team
- Facilitate identification and planning of right development solution for global successors
- Align Succession Planning with Global Mobility Programs:
- Select and recommend right Global Mobility Programs for people movement
- Prepare materials for regular Global Mobility reviews and facilitate these meetings
- Talent Management Projects:
- Participate in the elaboration of various projects (eg. Fast Track career Paths, Development of Female Top Talents, etc.)
- Maintain the implemented processes
- University degree in HR or Marketing
- 3+ years’ experience in Talent Management area, in-depth knowledge about Succession Management process and Global Mobility practices, proven experience in Project Management and PowerPoint presentation.
- Fluent English is a must; Other languages are an asset;
- Profound knowledge of SAP HR & Success Factors, Power Point and Excel, experienced in data analysis solutions. Good communication and facilitation skills.
