We are looking for a Student to join People Service Centre. This is an opportunity for you to be responsible for a variety of tasks within processes through the whole employee lifecycle, from recruitment, talent attraction and onboarding, through employment and payroll data administration, to offboarding. You will liaise with recruiters, hiring managers and other colleagues, seated in the Nordics countries, as well as in Poland. About this opportunity
You’ll join People Service Centre team, where you’ll play a valuable role in assuring that all candidate and employee connected queries are taken care of.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing recruitment administration (scheduling interviews, ordering competency tests, conducting background checks, assigning recruitment projects, proofreading and publishing job ads, etc.) in a structured manner;
- Utilizing various social media channels in order to attract potential talents and ensuring great level of candidate experience
- Processing Employment & Payroll data (preparing employment documents, registering data in HR system, preparing data reports, etc.)
- Gaining knowledge & experience about SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Excel and SharePoint & other MS Office elements.
- Liaising with Group People colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders based in the Nordic countries and locally in Poland
The role is based in Łódź. Welcome to a team of friendly people who enjoy what they do.
It can be a part-time role, but with a minimum of 20 hours a week.

Your profile and background:
- High interest in HR area
- Fluency in written and verbal English (at least B2)
- Analytical mind and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends
- Availability to work at least 20 hours a week
