Zadania:
- Administration support on the various functionalities of Rosslyn RA.Pid Tool to all end users including: creating reports, building queries and changes to contract data or spend categorisation information for spend items, •
- Administer the uploading of contract, data entry of key contract terms, setting contract alerts, tagging contract information to spend data and create reports / queries,
- Liaison with Rosslyn Support Team to submit system changes, • Respond to end user enquiries regarding the functionality or technical issues,
- Liaison with Rosslyn Support Team in London to address all technical and functional issues,
- Develop client ready / professional spend reports utilising Rosslyn RA.Pid Tool and Excel (e.g. Supplier
- Spend by Region and Offices, Spend by Suppliers, Supplier spend trend reports, Ad-hoc supplier spend reports and ad-hoc contract management reports),
- University Degree: Legal, Management, Economy, Engineering or Finance and Accounting,
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Shared Service/BPO environment or a legal firm or an in house legal department,
- Fluent English and Polish
- Previous experience in administering and managing an online SaaS tool, preferably working with financial and contract information,
- Previous experience developing ad-hoc reports from complex data sets,
- Previous experience with providing client services (e.g., responding to client requests in a proactive and responsive manner),
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, v-lookups, charts / graphs, formatting), Proficient with Microsoft Power Point (formatting, charts / graphs) and Microsoft Word (formatting, editing),
- Visual Basic / Macros – desirable, • Knowledge of databases (SAP, Oracle, etc.) – desirable,
- Willingness to travel, particularly during transition,
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal customers,
- Quality orientation, attention to detail and accuracy,
- Teamwork, analytical and good communication skills,
- Able to work efficiently under pressure,
