Job description
Your tasks are classified as follows:
- Regular update of purchase data in ERP
- Submit requests for quotations, analyze them and prepare purchase recommendations
- Negotiating commodity prices and conditions
- Reporting on timely and interdependence of suppliers in their periodic evaluation
- Preparing data and analysis for other departments
- Ensuring the correct circulation of documentation, compliance with requirements and explaining possible discrepancies
- Knowledge and compliance with Kelvion Machine Cooling management systems
- Knowledge of procedures and instructions, participation in the creation and improvement of existing management systems
- Support central purchasing by providing reporting information
- Analyzing the development of the supply market, i.e. risks, opportunities and technological trends
- Preparation of new agreements, ongoing analysis and renegotiation of existing agreements
- Active participation, as required, in the process of finding and nominating new suppliers for both materials used in the production process and newly defined materials and equipment defined by other departments
- Cooperation and support of Global Commodity Managers in the search for new suppliers
- Initiating measures to reduce the cost of purchasing materials, components, investment purchases and improving existing delivery conditions
- Continuous maintenance and ongoing update of supplier data and materials and components in the ERP system
- Implementation of KPIs for suppliers
- Management of subordinate employees
- Participation in projects
- Other task commissioned by your supervisor
