For our Client, a leading consumer goods company, we are currently looking for a person willing to join a dynamic team of Strategic Planning Management.
A future Strategic Planning Specialist will report directly to Strategic Planning Manager and will be responsible for supporting commercial team in identifying strategies to drive customers and channels growth in medium and long term. He/she will support each business in aligning and prioritising commercial opportunities to execute in following year, contribute to developing channel strategy by defining, segmenting, addressing role of each channel and make it understandable throughout the organisation. What is more, a Strategic Planning Specialist will support business with respective channel insights in terms of Product/Price/Promotions and monitor channel strategy execution by business.
A future employee will actively participate in Customer/Channel business strategy, help to transform inputs from sales into customer/channel opportunities, support manager in leading Commercial Planning meetings in order to drive business alignment and help categories to shape marketing and commercial plans for next year. What is more, Strategic Planning Specialist will work with Category Development Managers to adjust Product/Price/Promotions to appropriate channel, with POP Activation Manager to shape shopper communication proposal.
We require at least 4 years' experience in similar roles gained within companies from FMCG sector (preferably marketing, trade marketing departments), fluent English, well developed strategic thinking skills, proactive can-do attitude, ability to defend his/her opinion.
