What does the role involve?
A key responsibility of the Strategic Marketing Manager is to secure the marketing management process from a strategic marketing perspective (analysis, planning, implementation and control) for the functions of Pricing, Market analysing , Sales team effectiveness. You will be implementing the global market reach processes and driving improvement processes. Additionally, you will be identifying the most attractive potential in the Polish markets and helping steer the Multi-Channel Sales in the right direction through owning customer engagement, and providing guidelines and trainings to all relevant stakeholders. You will provide transparency for the business results achievement and its individual facets.
From a team leader perspective, you will provide leadership and development of the team members and team-leaders within the Strategic Marketing team.

What you need is:
- Master’s degree required; preferably in Marketing or a related business field (MBA degree/CIM diploma/ A background in consultancy would be an advantage)
- Solid understanding of the marketing management process and the marketing mix
- To be customer oriented, with a passion for developing and improving marketing processes
- At least 4 years of managerial experience in Marketing department (experience in Sales would be and advantage)
- Proven people management experience with a focus on developing others
- An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active approach to tasks
- High communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders from various functional and hierarchical groups
- High level of achievement with an established track record and clear career progression
- Mobility – for future career progression, must be internationally mobile
- Advanced level of English (Polish is not required)
