The Global Product Service Center (GPSC) in Gdańsk, Poland is constantly growing and developing its organizational structure. We are currently looking for candidates interested in the position of Senior Order Handler.
The person holding this position will be responsible for providing customer service for the life cycle of the products. This includes ensuring an efficient processing of orders. Maintains good relationships with customers and ensures updated knowledge of customers' needs.
- Overviewing, prioritizing and delegating tasks in daily operations within the team
- Suggesting possible process adjustments
- Proactively supporting Team Leader in planning optimal workload and resources necessary for process execution in day to day work
- Verifying the completeness of customer’s purchase orders with related quotations
- Checking, fulfill and follow up order confirmations
- Processing sales orders according to their priorities
- Handling nonconformities and claims
- Identifying risk orders, update all data for prepayment and follow up
- Confirming and sending delivery instructions
- Introducing newcomers to tasks, system and process
- Participating in cross-functional, as well as external projects
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in SSC / BPO
- University degree in a relevant field
- knowledge of English at least at level C1
- knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Experience or background in Customer Service in maritime industry would be an asset
- Analytical thinking and strong ability to successfully resolve complex problems and issues
