SSC Specialist
Location: Magnice / near Wroclaw
Job requirement:
- Responsible for following up new employee onboarding, employee transfer, resignation process,
- Responsible for the company's employee attendance and personnel file management, to ensure the accuracy of attendance data and the standardization of personnel file management;
- Responsible for meeting the needs of various departments for personnel data reports, issue corresponding personnel data analysis reports in stages, and provide relevant data report support for department heads, business HRBP, and COE sides;
- Responsible for the management and follow-up of the probation period for new employees
- Familiar with labor laws and the latest employment policies, can act as a bridge to promote business HRBP, legal affairs to solve complex problems in employee relations, or provide professional advice;
- Cooperate to optimize and improve the core business process of HRSSC, improve the efficiency of docking employee services, and enhance employee experience and satisfaction;
- Cooperate with the implementation of human resources related policies and systems, including but not limited to employee relationship process, labor contract management process, attendance management system, etc., and continuously improve the process and system.
Qualifications:
- Have more than 4 years of work experience in personnel and employee relations, and have work experience in HRSSC in large international companies
- Familiar with labor law, labor contract law and other relevant laws and regulations, have certain ability to identify risks, and be able to independently handle and warn common risks;
- Have a clear understanding and cognition of user needs, and can undertake the whole process of a single functional module of HRSSC (including but not limited to entry and exit, employee services, attendance and salary);
- Have certain data sensitivity and data analysis ability;
- Strong sense of responsibility and active learning ability.
