Responsibilities:
Putting a defined HR structure and framework in place for the new SSC Center
- Responsibility for whole HR policy in SSC
- Responsibility for driving the regional knowledge management and relevant business learning approach
- Conduct effective HR programs, (e.g. Recruiting, Development, Compensation, Benefits)
- Develop and implement HR strategies in support of business objectives aimed at ensuring optimum performance through people
- Provide expert advisory service and support to the organization (e.g. local labour law)
- Ensure consistency in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Leads / participates in business wide projects
- Act as lead for all higher tier HR activities for the operational unit
- Ensure organisation of operational unit is optimally aligned to deliver business priorities
- Proactively seek different views and perspectives from others
- Balances the need for urgent action with the need to carefully consider alternative courses of action
- Liaise with the Board and Leadership team
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ HR experience
- 1+ experience on similar position
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English
- Process Management experience
