(Sr) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Consultant

Job description
- leading or participation in selection, implementation, improvement, migration of the CMMS projects in the EMEA region
- design/improvement of business processes for implementation in the CMMS
- preparation, review and improvement of data for CMMS
- preparation of training materials and delivering trainings for CMMS functionalities, conducting CMMS related workshops
- analysis of Client’s business needs with regards to CMMS functionalities
- liaison with Clients to set-up and deliver projects,
- development of project documentation (tools, reports, process maps, presentations, etc.)
- guiding less experience colleagues in development
- participation in conferences and EAM related events to promote SEAM Group
- development of sales opportunities
Requirements
- 10 years of the experience with CMMS/ERP software, preferred from a production company in operations and/or maintenance departments
- working knowledge of at least two of CMMS/ERP software packages
- very good command of English is a must; knowledge of any other European language(s) would be a considerable advantage
- proven track record of leading and delivering projects related to CMMS
- experience in the international projects is an advantage
- technical degree
- very good knowledge of MS Office
- working knowledge of the main asset management methods and tools
- very good work organization and self-discipline
- ability to establish positive relations – comprehensibility, openness
- valid driver’s license
- willingness for business trips (50-80% of the time)
