Currently for our Client, International Corporation, one of the world's largest providers of enterprise applications in Wrocław, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Product Support & Development Professional with experience in finance
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of business system for customers;
- serves as primary support liaison between company and customer and documents incidents in required tracking systems;
- proactively keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention and reference ability;
- creating and maintaining positive relations with clients;
- troubleshooting;
- supporting other team members in everyday activities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (min. C1);
- experience in working in the finance/accounting area;
- good knowledge of MS Office;
- knowledge of ERP system would be a great asset;
- very good verbal and written communication skills;
- willingness to work in the fast-changing environment.
