obsługa telefoniczna i mailowa placówki edukacyjnej,
przedstawienie słuchaczom oferty szkoleniowej,
rzetelne przekazywanie informacji naszym Klientom,
przeprowadzenie studentów przez procesy autoryzacji,
utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji i kontaktów z Klientem,
wystawianie faktur i inne prace administracyjne,
współtworzenie raportów indywidualnych oraz zespołowych.
Wymagania
posiadasz wykształcenie wyższe lub jesteś w trakcie studiów,
cechuje Cię bogate słownictwo,
pracowałeś/aś na podobnym stanowisku,
potrafisz dobrze zorganizować swoją pracę,
znasz pakiet Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Dysk Google, mile widziane również Trello),
jesteś osobą cierpliwą, skrupulatną oraz zaangażowaną,
rzetelnie realizujesz powierzone obowiązki.
