Miejsce pracy: Zabrze
Najważniejsze obowiązki:
  • wsparcie techniczne dla klientów francuskojęzycznych;
  • profesjonalne doradztwo produktowe (systemy osłonowe);
  • pełna obsługa i obróbka zamówień, m.in. pod kątem logistycznym;
  • pełna obsługa procesu reklamacji;
  • udział w przygotowaniu ofert, umów, cenników;
  • pozyskiwanie informacji o zmianach w działaniu konkurencji i otoczeniu rynkowym;
  • ścisła współpraca z handlowcami.
Wymagania:
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka francuskiego, poziom C1/C2;
  • doświadczenie w pracy w dziale sprzedaży i/lub obsługi klienta francuskojęzycznego;
  • mile widziana znajomość branży (systemy osłonowe)
  • mile widziane wykształcenie wyższe techniczne;
  • czynne prawo jazdy kat. B;
  • komunikatywność i umiejętność budowania dobrych relacji z klientami;
  • chęć do nauki i rozwoju zawodowego.
