Currently for our Client, international, fast-growing company we are looking for Candidates for a position of Accounting Specialist (AP&FA) with French or German or Italian language.
The Candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing financial data;
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
- Preparing reports and analysis;
- Respond to AP queries (vendor queries) by the means of workflow solutions and ERP system
- Support processing invoices/payments if needed
- Work with supplier to resolve unreadable invoices
- Create voucher requests
- Audit, track and resolve duplicate payments prior to execution of payment runs.
Our requirements:
- University degree in accounting/finance;
- Experience in SAP, Excel, Accounts Payable or Procurement;
- Fluency in Italian/German/French language and good command of English;
- Experience in working in related area;
- Positive attitude, open-minded team player.
