Specjalista ds. Customer Service - Dział Logistyki
Location: Bielsko-Biała
Job description
- Daily contact and communication with clients;
- Customer orders management (registering orders, realisation supervision);
- Supervision over delivery time to client, verification of delivery plan;
- Preparation of shipping to clients: orders of transportation, preparing shipping documents);
- Cooperation with warehouse of finished goods and production planning;
- Logistics claims: preparing 8D reports, filling claims in system and on client’s logistics portal;
- Development of instructions for new clients;
- Service of client portal;
Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree (preferred education direction: logistics and transportation);
- Very good knowledge of English language;
- Very good knowledge of Garman language;
- Minimum one year experience in Logistics Department (appreciated with Daimler Mercedes Group);
- Knowledge about logistics processes;
- Good MS Office knowledge;
- SAP system knowledge;
- Appreciated knowledge of Daimler portal (BBM, BKM);
- Very good work organization;
- Effective work under time pressure;
- Comiunictative skills, asertiveness;
