Specialist with German
Our Client is a global consulting company which provides their solutions in more than 40 countries in area of Business Process Outsourcing, Human Resources and IT. The company was set up more than 35 years ago.
Currently we are building the new team where you can choose which role is the most interesting for you: Accounting Role or Procurement Role. You don’t have to have previous relevant experience if you would like to change your current interests and responsibilities.
Location: Łódź
1) Accounting Specialist
The team is responsible for German-speaking Clients and countries
• Putting relevant data from invoice to the system in German and English
• Answering clients’ questions about the invoices and data via mail and phone by German
• Working with other teams
• Process and book travel expenses, checking the compliance of relevant receipts with the Travel Policy
• Creating invoices in Germany and sending it to relevant clients
• Contacting customers via e-mails and phones regarding with the confirmation about payments
• Checking payment status
• Cash allocation
• Credit risk management
• Preparing standard reports
2) Procurement Agent:
• Providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Responding to queries and solving problems related to Purchase Orders, suppliers and customers (getting authorisations, performing changes in the system, informing parties involved)
• Invoice mismatch resolution
• Contacting clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries (finding new delivery date)
• Assurance of compliance
• Maintaining high quality of reports
Requirements:
• Fluent English and German (min. B2 level)
• At least secondary education (High School diploma)
• Previous experience would be an asset
• Customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• SAP knowledge would be an asset
