Specialist SCM & Customer Care Analytics (m/f)

Position Description
- Developing system tools to evaluate system performance to organizational objectives;
- Analyzing order to cash processes;
- Preparing overviews, tools and management roll ups;
- Being a contact point between sales and operations teams;
- Providing data analysis for planning and volume studies;
- Preparing reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions;
- Developing, maintaining and distributing metric dashboard;
- Contributing to global supply chainand cross-functional projects;
- Assisting in developing SCM and customer care plans and procedures.
Position Requirements
- University Degree in materials management or alternatively professional experience in a related working area;
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Access, Power Point. Additional skills ideal: SQL & OLAP;
- Ability to work in a complex environment and to drive permanent process optimization;
- Fluency in English, German skills advantageous;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
