As Specialist PMO you’ll play a valuable role in the managing the change in a controlled manner to ensure suitable outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating and Steering Committee pack preparation
- Budget forecasting and control
- Risk and issue management
- Reporting to Senior Management (GLT, BRIC, NBB)
- Maintaining an Action log
- Milestone tracking
- Regulatory reporting
You’ll join a dynamic team that is passionate about change and keen to learn and improve.The role is based in Łódź; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw.

Your experience and background:
- experience in project portfolio management and programme management
- experience in milestone management
- experience in project / financial control
- experienced in use of Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent English
