Welcome to the P2P Systems team within Group Procurement. We add value by supporting our Business Partners throughout Nordea to reach their targets by providing advice and executional services to optimize their costs. Success is measured by the results we achieve together with our Business Partners and how satisfied they are with the support and service we provide.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with stakeholders and system providers to secure satisfactory performance of our procurements systems
- Optimize and lead the development of the way systems, data and processes work and operate
- Propose and implement improvements as well as increase automation
- Drive and participate in multiple application related projects
- Report to a manager located in Stockholm
You’ll join a system and solution-oriented P2P Systems team that is located in the Nordic countries and Poland, consisting of several experts and senior specialists. The role is based in Lodz.
Who you are
- Are an experienced person that have previous knowledge of working with administrative IT-systems that are supporting sourcing and procurement processes
- Have experience in Source-2-Contract, Supplier Risk Management and e-Sign systems like Ariba, BvD and DocuSign
Your experience and background:
- Innovative with the capability to challenge existing solutions and processes
- Technical interest with experience in system/application administration
- Participated in projects as a Project Manager or other driver roles, self-driven and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks when needed
- Fluent in English and university degree in relevant fields
- Ability to adapt to change and cultural differences, as well as passion to work in a multinational environment where digital channels are main communication platform
