For our Client European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:
Specialist in Operational Planning Division / Programs and Policies Unit / Law Enforcement Sector

Tasks:
- Legal assessment/assistance/research and analysis of documents of relevance for the Agency, including analysis and assessment of EU Policy Documents;
- Assistance in revising, drafting of documents and presentations; participation in selected meetings and events;
- Participation to and drafting of meeting reports on a daily basis from various internal meetings, online working groups with external partners, workshops and alike;
- When required, performing information collection and collation, simple legal analysis, legal opinions, and analysis of policy documents in different areas of interest for LES;
- Support in the preparation of administrative tasks when required, including financial aspects;
- Elaborate the list of tasks and deadlines on daily basis; monitor its fulfilment, provide reminders and report on the status of accomplishment;
- Participation an ad hoc training and webinars on behalf of the Sector and relevant reporting;
- Activities of project management and tasking terms / merits management;
- Desk researches on monographic areas on diverse matters, particularly crime-related;
- Assist and participate in high-level meetings/gatherings/workshops/round tables etc. from preparation, to attendance, conclusion and follow-up.
Requirements:
Education
Essential requirements:
- successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs.
Advantageous criteria: - depending on the business needs, the following criteria are considered advantageous:
- university degree in the field of business administration, finance or economics;
- knowledge of the EU financial regulatory framework;
- additional education related to asset management;
- university degree in public relations, journalism or languages;
Work experience
Essential requirements:
- at least 2 years of professional experience in the specific area depending on the business needs.
Advantageous criteria:
- depending on the business needs, the following criteria are considered advantageous:
- previous experience in specialist, administrative and financial tasks;
- previous experience working in an international or multilingual context.

Computer skills
Essential requirements:
- very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Advantageous criteria:
- knowledge and experience in working with databases,
- experience in professional layout tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Acrobat Pro) or MS Office Publisher.
Language skills
Essential requirements:
- very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
Advantageous criteria:
- knowledge of additional EU language
