You will be engaged in an exciting project, building up the Global Shared Services in Gdynia. We will deliver high quality services within HR, Finance, and IT to internal DNV GL partners in the European countries. We are hiring 200 professionals who will make our GSS in Gdynia a great success.
Catch this opportunity and:
- Be the first point of contact for our colleagues from our regions in Europe.
- Support our employees with HR advices such as labour law, HR processes, policies and service.
- Offer solutions to standard problems and more complex cases via phone or mail.
- Build relationships and work on projects internationally.
- Actively participate in knowledge transfer into the HR Direct team.
- Support continuous improvement of internal knowledge database.
- Share ideas for the continuous improvement of processes in HR Direct.
If you have:
- Bachelor’s or master degree (preferable within HR, Psychology or Administration).
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience or knowledge in Human Resources will be an advantage.
- Ability to foster positive relationships at all levels of the organization and across multiple locations and countries.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A Positive attitude and customer oriented mindset.
- Experience in Customer Service/BPO environment – it will be a strong asset
- Additional European language skills - would be an advantage.
