Develops, implements and maintains processes, the associated technical system infrastructure, documentation and KPIs for Service departments.

Drives technical details for our Global Call Center Solution together with the IT Department

Supports Service process, their implementation and maintenance.

Participates Service projects following best practice project management standards.

Executes data collection and automation to facilitate KPI reporting for Services department.

Proactively guides operational Service teams on adoption of best practice Service system usage.

Gives pro-active feedback to colleagues and team/management.

Closely interacts with IT departments to represent and translate Service business needs into IT requirements.
- Operational working experience in Service department (Technical and/or Customer Support).
- 2-3 years of experience inworking experience with Call Center Solution and either Service Management, ERP or CRM software systems (e.g.SAP, SFDC).
- Project experience.
- Solid working experience with data handling and automation.
- Organized and diligent working style following a structured approach to problem solving.
- Technical and/or scientific degree/education in service, science or general business administration.
- Very good English language skills both written and spoken.
