Sourcing Specialist
In connection with company and the Local Business Unit development we are looking for candidates for position of Sourcing Specialist. The person who will be hired will utilize Strategic Sourcing methodology to develop sourcing plan to support overall category strategy and conduct end-to-end sourcing process in accordance with the strategy.

- Represent Local Business Unit sourcing in global Supply Chain Management network;
- Develop and implement material categories local sourcing strategies in accordance with objectives and strategies defined by Business Unit and the Group;
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships and assist in building effective partnerships;
- Active Supply Chain Management intelligence utilization, identify and drive cost reduction initiatives, benchmarks and analyses based on total cost of ownership (TCO) principles in order to reach financial targets;
- Participate in new product development projects to ensure proper supplier selection and the achievement of total cost, quality, and profitable growth objectives;
- Negotiate best prices, terms and contractual agreements consistent with the Company's established quality standards and business requirements, conclude formal contracts;
- Initiate and lead supplier qualification processes and supplier audits, evaluate suppliers annually;
- Ensure that the business systems and SCM databases are updated with the most current commercial information;
- Execute effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units.
- At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/Strategic Sourcing on the international environment;
- Confirmed experience in RFQ process ( from initiation, though performance and analyzes of collected offers based on TCO);
- Confirmed experience in performing suppliers negotiation (commercial and cooperation conditions, establishing agreements);
- Experience in driving Supply Chain optimization and cost reduction initiatives;
- Knowhow, experience in suppliers qualification process, suppliers audits;
- Good English skills in written and spoken;
