Responding to queries and solving problems related to Purchase Orders (getting authorisations, performing changes in the system, informing parties involved)
Providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Contacting clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries (finding new delivery date)
Maintaining high quality of reports
Fluent English and other European language (French, Italian or Spanish)
At least 2 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement area
Strong interest in purchasing area
Customer orientation
Excellent communication skills
Team player
SAP knowledge would be an asset
Experience in categories: facilities, lab equipment, lab equipment service, lab supplies, logistics, packaging, capital, production supplies, laboratory testing, waste material would be an asset
