Our sourcing excellence department is growing and we are looking for one more talented analyst to join us!
- Build and maintain performance dashboard and reports together with Procurement management team;
- Create timely reports dedicated to the procurement efficiency, including overseeing, measuring and recording the realization of benefits achieved;
- Create and maintain DOVISTA spend cube;
- Lead spend data collection & data management leading to fact-based key findings and recommendations.;
- Develop and maintain DOVISTA supplier long list;
- Support in development supplier segmentation model, legal compliance status (eg. master purchase agreement, CoC) and maintain it;
- Developing proposals for designing new processes and procedures according existing procurement processes within DOVISTA;
- Support procurement category managers in category strategy development;
- Provide data analysis and supplier performance overview for negotiations;
- Collaborate cross functionally within extended category teams as well as across SBU’s when necessary;
- Support Category teams in external market KPIs impact evaluations (eg. LME, ICIS LOR, MEPS, others);
- Secure that all cost-out opportunities are identified and results reported on time
- Secure the development and implementation of optimal lead category strategies
- Build and document supply market intelligence according to category
- Apply standardized contracting process including templates utilization with focus on legal compliance
- Build cross SBU sourcing set-up, with local agility to meet stakeholder demands
- Participate in and contribute to category work in categories lead by Category Managers
- Live up to overall strategic targets via measurable category KPI’s
- Follow negotiation calendar
- International data analyst / financial analyst in production area / procurement analyst experience – min 1 years;
- Experienced with performance management across business / KPI’s – both in relation to projects and suppliers;
- In-depth understanding of the supply market characteristics, drivers and dynamics – technical analysis skills;
- Solid understanding of key cost drivers (open cost breakdown approach) within various areas of category management;
- Experienced with spend data management with insight from market data and detailed data analysis;
- Experienced with data consolidation and presentation;
- Experienced with project and project team management;
- Experienced with financial analytics;
- Experience in working with SAP will be an asset.
