A Solutions Analyst at Aurea works with a wide range of enterprise applications, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce.com. The successful candidate will be a part of the Global Operations Team, charged with envisioning and implementing meaningful operational improvements and cost saving initiatives. Candidate should have a diverse skillset blended in the areas of Operations, Technology and Business, with the desire and flexibility to work on a wide range of challenging projects.

Aurea’s suite of technologies and managed service offerings enable companies in select vertical markets (travel & leisure, retail, energy, and insurance) to design, execute, monitor, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
- Solve interesting and complex technical problems
- Contribute creative and proactive ways to improve business processes and reduce operating costs across the enterprise
- Salesforce administration and data quality control Partner/Customer Community development & management
- Workflow configuration/Apex coding to automate and optimize business processes
- Engage with vendors/third party applications to build/maintain integration APIs Provide support to teams across the enterprise, including Sales, Marketing, Support, Orders and Finance
- (Optional) Design and develop Visual Force Pages for Internal/Community Portal usage
Total Compensation: $30,000/year

Location: Global
- BE/Tech/BS Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce
- Proactive personality and problem solving skills
- English - great communication skills, both written and spoken
- Your own personal PC (desktop or laptop) with a headset
- Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Development, with experience in Integration APIs and Apex Coding
- Salesforce certifications are a major plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Work 40 hours/week, with flexible timing
- Ability to follow defined processes and identify and document new ones
- Able to thrive in an environment of continuous improvement in systems and processes
- (Optional) French or German language skills
