Oticon is looking for an ambitious Software Tester, interested in driving and executing the test activities in an agile software development scrum team. You will become a part of the Fitting Solutions department that develops fitting software for a number of brands within the William Demant organization. Fitting Solutions is comprised of highly skilled professionals, who understand the importance of sharing knowledge as “one team” and through the application of the latest technologies, develop new and creative solutions.

DUTIES RELEATED TO POSITION:
• review and analysis of requirements completeness and testability
• be an integrated member of a software development scrum team, executing tasks necessary to deliver software at the agreed level of quality at the agreed time
• develop and execute test scenarios and test cases, both manual and automated
• advice and influence the scrum team members on test according to agreed test strategy and processes
• be the quality gate keeper for the deliveries of the scrum team
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
• finished studies in computer science or similar
• fluent spoken and written English (day to day communication)
• knowledge and experience in software testing process, testing certifications will be an additional asset
• experience with structuring, planning and executing automated software test, preferably tests of User Interface
• general software development process experience
• basic programming knowledge (especially C#)
• strong, energetic team-work spirit, pro-active attitude
• good analytical skills
• knowledge of automation tools and experience in working with automated test will be an additional asset
• knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodology will be an additional asset
• willingness to take business trips
• knowledge of automation tools and experience in working with automated test will be an additional asset
