Oticon is looking for an experienced, structured and ambitious Test Automation Engineer with an outgoing personality. We are building up a test automation competence team in Mierzyn to drive and maintain Oticon’s automated tests of a complex software solution. For this we need a person to establish, structure and maintain a solid set of automated tests suites as well as direct development teams in building and utilizing the automated test assets. You will become a part of the Fitting Solutions department that develops fitting software for a number of brands within the William Demant organization. Fitting Solutions is comprised of highly skilled professionals, who understand the importance of sharing knowledge as “one team” and through the application of the latest technologies, develop new and creative solutions.

DUTIES RELEATED TO POSITION:
• define and maintain rules and processes of developing, maintaining and executing automated testcases
• communicate rules and processes for automated test case development to other related parties
• align with software developers and test developers in scrum teams in Poland as well as in other countries
• advice software developers and test developers in all scrum teams on test automation (preferable control handling, processes, guidelines, best practices etc)
• coordinate work around automated tests scripts produced
• develop automated test cases
• execute selected automated test cases and scenarios
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
• Degree in computer science or similar
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Knowledge and experience with software testing, test certifications will be an additional asset
• Experience with structuring, planning and executing automated software tests, preferably tests of User Interface
• Knowledge and experience in working with Coded UI will be an additional asset
• Software development experience and basic software development process knowledge (especially C#)
• Well organized and systematic
• Strong, outgoing, energetic team player full of initiative
• Good analytical thinking skills
• Knowledge of SCRUM will be additional asset
• Willingness to take frequent business trips
