Software Requirements Engineer
Wrocław
Your tasks:
- Performing the role of an interface between the business (Operational Managers, Key Users) and our Technical Representatives (Product Owners, Software Developers)
- Analysing projects requirements and streamlining business processes to adopt them into existing structures in our internal software
- Designing and implementing solutions together with your team for creating highly automated service delivery processes
Our requirements:
- Excellent English skills
- Experience in modelling, maintaining, customizing business processes
- Ability to create user stories in close coordination with end-users, decision makers, software developers
- Strong analytical and problem solving skillswould be an asset:
- Previous Business Analyst position history and experience in working with IT Service Management Systems (SNOW, Remedy etc.)
- MS SQL knowledge, BPMN2.0, experience with Enterprise Architect
