In our quest to become ever better at what we do, we have identified a need for a Software Development Team Leader. In this role, you will be managing and working together with our team of Developers and acting as Project Manager on various internal projects.

- At least 3 years of experience in software development projects – leading across full project lifecycle, time & effort estimations, experience with Agile/Scrum, managing requirements
- A relevant university degree (Bsc/MSc)
- Product management experience and/or skills are a big asset
- More than 2 years of experience in team management, including motivation and teambuilding, setting goals and expectations, competence development
- Excellent communication skills (including advanced English)
- Technology knowledge and experience including:
- C# (Visual Studio, .Net Framework, .Net Core)
- SQL (MySQL, PostgreSLQ)
- web api (HTTP/REST/JSON)
- integration and unit tests
- experience in parallel programming in .Net
- working with large datasets, servers/services to GUI.
- Able to cooperate well within a team and with other functions in the organization, with focus on achieving common goals
