- Serves as project resource for projects requiring deep programming expertise involving SQL, .NET, VB.net, C# and other languages by following structured development methodologies
- Administration, maintenance and support for existing IAM applications and the associated infrastructure
- Enhancing existing and implementing new IAM technologies and applications through participation in team projects
- Investigating issues with IAM associated applications
- Providing 3rd level support via standard incident response systems to ensure existing IAM related services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations
- Works with vendors and other third parties as appropriate to resolve application issues
- Creating and maintaining architectural and operational documentation
- At least 4 years developer experience in technologies that include VB.net, ASP.Net, HTML, Visual Studio.Net, Web Services
- Assists in the administration, maintenance and support of IAM applications and associated infrastructure
- Works with senior members of IAM team in the design, build and implementation of new IAM solutions
- Performs third level support for IAM incidents escalated from IAM Operations or IAM management. Understands priority and escalates to senior members of IAM team if resolution not reached in a timely manner. Will provide complete history of all troubleshooting efforts in incident ticket and assist with creation of root cause analysis.
- Performs system maintenance responsibilities for existing systems during platform upgrades.
- Ensures correct resolutions and involves appropriate teams in resolving problems when needed
- Assumes ownership for the coordination, investigation and documentation of Tier III customer's development related issues
- Works with vendors and other third parties as appropriate to resolve application issues
- Experience with SQL Server database development (2008)
- Experience with development involving Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager would be an asset
- Experience with the development of technical documentation, technical communications and project work plans.
