Software Asset Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing the value, cost, and risk of software
- Assuring compliance with licensing agreements with software vendors
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Maintaining internal SAM policies, procedures and all legal license proofs for the installed software base
- Managing budgeting and purchasing processes of all software licenses and license subscriptions
- Overseeing the license and license subscription deployment process
- Functional administrating of the SAM tool - collaborating with technical administrators
- Maintenance of all required master data
- Developing of reports on license usage and compliance
- Providing expert advice to the organisation on all software licensing related matters
- Avoiding any legal and reputational risk caused by non-compliance
If you have at least:
- Master’s Degree in related field with at least 3 years of related technical experience
- ITIL v3 certificate
- Strong knowledge and experience with software asset life cycle management processes planning, acquisition, deployment, monitoring
- Experience with development of software asset management policies, workflows, processes, and procedures
- In-depth knowledge of licensing regulations of major software vendors, in particular Microsoft, Oracle and SAP
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of management both within Company and internal/ external Client organizations
- Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary
