For our Client, international company we are looking for Candidates willing to work and develop on a position:

creating and delivering soft skills and onboarding trainings,

designing training material,

conducting an analysis of training needs,

supporting of designing development programs,

participating in recruitment projects,

preparing of reports,
-
supporting other HR activities.

minimum 2 year of similar experience,

university degree (preferably in Psychology, Economy, Human Resources Management or Sociology),

very good knowledge of English,

knowledge of training/ teaching and e-learning methods,
-
excellent communication skills,
-
working experience in SSC would be an asset.
