Are you looking for another challenge and are passionate about social media? Do you want to help us take GetResponse to the next level? Great! Because we’re looking for someone who will help us skyrocket our social media profiles.
Key responsibilities:
- lead the strategy for social media channels and implement it with the help of the Social Media Specialists
- oversee and measure the performance of the platforms in line with the strategy
- manage the team of Social Media Specialists
- create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- lead the community strategy on social media platforms and forums and engage in them
- oversee the implementation and track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and report findings to the executive team
- manage the budget of the social media department and make sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment
- lead the strategy for emerging and new-to-GetResponse platforms
- ensure “social voice” messaging & assets are on-brand, consistent in terms of creativity, style, quality and tone of voice
- oversee the creation of editorial calendars with content that attracts new users and engages current ones
- create reports and use the data to analyze what’s working and what’s not, make suggestions accordingly
- collaborate with other teams within marketing, employee branding, design, and other internal teams to deliver the social media strategy
- engage in social listening and daily engagement
- continuously test and experiment to optimize the social media strategy
- regularly research and analyze the market trends and competitors, and share best practices with the team

- Near-native English
- 5+ years of managing social media
- 2+ years of managing a team
- B2B marketing experience
- excellent project management and organizational skills
- strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
