Site Manager
Location: Warszawa
Job description
- Define, in agreement with the operational management team, the general, specific, and operational objectives of the departments – operationally.
- Monitoring and analyzing the use of financial, informational, material and operational resources in the departments in order to achieve the proposed objectives.
- Ongoing Work with finance team and purchasing department.
- Collaboration with the finance, procurement and legal departments - understanding the contracts.
- Responsible for the policy regarding the usage of the premises and the employee’s behavior on site, including maintaining and ensuring the facilities in the site are in the desired standards.
- Establish, according to the organizational structure, the duties and responsibilities of the subordinate staff, control the following resources and their day to day tasks and activities (Office Admin, Drivers, Handyman, Cleaners, Security).
- Aspects regarding labor law protection:
- Training on fire prevention and extinguishing
- Training for the prevention of accidents at work
- Training on army\police\tax inspection drills
- Control and responsible for:
- Inventory, control and maintain storages (internal & external)
- Insurance of the premises and 3rd parties inc employees\sub-contractors
- the operational budget and all operational vendors agreements including the property rent.
- Safe environment for work
- efficient use of resources to achieve the objectives.
- providing a representative for the company in relation to the state authorities
- Following the local labor law and regulations (employees, invalids, etc.)
- Promotes ”green solutions” in the site
- implementing the internal procedures related to the optimal use of equipment, provided by the entire staff.
- improving the quality operational procedures.
- Clean and hygienic work place for all.
- Safety of the employees and the guests in the site
- Renovations in the site or movement to another site
- Control the welfare activities including but not limited to breakfast & lunch refreshments in Playtika standards.
- Manage vendors of different domains: food, equipment, cleaning, business license and safety on a daily basis.
- Tracking events at studios and approval for Admins.
- Follow and implement the welfare policies (Parking, renovations, private room allocations, employee’s internal mobility, decorations in site, events, off sites, meet up, conferences)
- Responsible to provide alternative plan which will enable the smooth operation of the site, for various situations (electric break, evacuation, fire, army drafting, force major, etc.)
- Communicates and follow the general, specific and operational decisions agreed at a higher level to the company's staff.
- Provides monthly budget operational report and seating map of all employees.
- Cooperation with all company departments to maximize operational resources to achieve company goals.
- Continuous contact with the IT department.
- Contact with HQ members in finding solutions
- Management of seating arrangements + transitions
- Inviting dedicated teams to physically transfer locations
- Promote mutual respect, collaboration and transparency in relations between different departments, as well as in relationships with outsiders.
- Responsible for assuring the involvement in the organizational activity of the subordinated personnel by creating a framework for personal development and a climate for performance stimulation, this includes evaluation process for all subordinates, setting goals,
- Maintain one on one meetings with his subordinates, control their vacation and sick leaves.
- Identify the training needs of subordinate staff and ensure continuous training.
- Responsible for keeping confidentiality of the information he has access to.
- Complies with the rules of Safety and Health at Work and is responsible for their acceptance and compliance by all employees and their subordination.
- Responsible of conducting training at the workplace and also periodic training of all employees.
- Responsible for the correct application of the local legislation.
- Respect the general working procedures specific to the company (work schedule, punctuality in preparing and delivering reports, etc.) and ensure their compliance by the subordinates.
- Work with the Finance Department: budget tracking, invoices confirmation, examination of payments, inventory tracking, approval & monitoring of current expenses / invoices.
Requirements
- Higher education, experience in managing a business or large departments, fluency in English and preferably Russian, experience working with people, excellent positive communication skills.
We offer
- Salary: 8000$.
