As a trainee, you will start your career with a 1 month stay at our office in Denmark. During this period we will train you in our way of doing Project Management, calculations etc. The most important part of the job will be on the job training. You will be trained by one of our Project Managers on site. You therefore must expect to travel most of the time.
When we feel you are ready, you will be in response of contact to our fitters, clients, various suppliers of e.g. tools, hotels, travel operators, embassy/authorities etc. The most important will be your ability to plan a job – and make it happen. You must expect to travel and stay on our sites for quite a long time. Sometimes 2-3 month at a time. This means that you must have full support from your family.
- Accurate and structured
- Very confident with the use of computer, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Highly developed communication skills
- Good at understanding people
- Very strong English skills
- A background like technician, electrician or engineer
- Being able to understand a budget and its key figures
- Strong understanding of risk management
- Fast at adapting new skills
