SharePoint empowers teamwork with dynamic and productive team sites for every division, department, and project team.
Your role will be to administrate SharePoint tool by:
- Administration and design of pages for sharing files and data;
- Customizing the site to improve work in teams within the division;
- De-bugging / fixing PowerShell Scripts;
- SharePoint client-side development, including integration of client-side code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
- Creating access channels and managing user permissions;
- Increasing the efficiency in the organization by sharing common resources, presenting information through communication sites;
- Train end user of the SharePoint usefullnesses;
- Setting up the Company security standards in area of using SharePoint.
Our requirements:
- Working knowledge of SharePoint 365 including experience of permission management, document and template management and page editing;
- Experience of SharePoint 365 and migration form older versions to SharePoint 365;
- Experiance in area of SharePoint Central Administration and SharePoint Designer
- Knowledge of site creation and upkeep;
- Experience in SharePoint development, including integration of client-side code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript.);
- Desirable skills include a basic knowledge of C#, SQL, and experience of building SharePoint workflows;
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customer environments and pressurized workload;
- Detail-orientation: ability to review/develop system components and data with accuracy and focus;
- Research & Analysis: able to identify the cause of the issue and understand it fully before using analytical skills to effectively develop solutions;
- Communication: both oral and written, able to use a range of techniques and styles to ensure that communication is timely, clear, and effective, to both individuals and groups;
- Personal Organization: able to work in a methodical and organized way to achieve goals and ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness;
- Adaptability: able to adapt to a complex, ever changing work environment including adopting a flexible approach and reacting positively to changing circumstances;
