Be part of building up our K2 for SharePoint expertise in Gdansk
- Do you either have experience with or want to develop yourself within the area of SharePoint and K2 developing new solutions to our Line of Business based on agile methodology?
- Do you want to play an important role in strengthen the collaboration with the Robotics team (BlusPrism technology) in Gdansk?
- And do you want to be part of a global K2 team situated in Denmark, UK and India?

We are looking for a K2 developer to join us in Gdansk for the Business Automation & Employee Self-service (BAESS) train (overall programme). The BAESS train is delivering to Arla’s core functions; Finance, Legal and HR with the vision to empower the supporting functions in Arla to provide employees with digital tools for core processes.
Your main tasks are:
- Develop new K2 workflows based on business requirements
- Help the business with initial solution design while knowing the technical constraints
- Secure use of IT best practice, standards and policies
- Facilitate demo sessions for business stakeholders
- Collect feedback and incorporate these into solution

Fast learner, business oriented developer with great collaboration skills
You are focused on achieving the prioritised goals and have the ability to ensure a great collaboration between the team and the business. You are open minded and thrives in a large organisation with a changing environment where you can help drive the agile transformation.
Furthermore:You have experience with SharePoint 2013 and if possible SharePoint Online
You have basic knowledge of SharePoint Site set-up, WebParts, List etc. required when working with K2 for SharePoint
It is an advantage but not a prerequisite if you have experience with K2 Blackpearl for SharePoint (version 4.6.11) , incl. K2 for SharePoint Forms & Workflows and K2 Studio
You hold a degree in computer science, information technology or similar
You speak and write English effortlessly
