JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role gives you opportunity to work inside one of biggest investment bank's worldwide. As part of their multinational team you will be responsible for proper understanding and translating business requirements that will further allow development team to provide solution's that fit for purpose. You will be working actively with ServiceNow using agile development technics and cooperating with rest of team (such as QA). Work with product menagement and technical design based on needs is also part of responsibilities. This is full time job offer with occasional remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for eliciting, understanding, interpreting and representing business requirements for functionality required in ServiceNow
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood
- Working with product management and technical design architects to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Partnering with customers on innovative ways to successfully transition from existing solution to strategic based on functional need (not lift and drop technology)
- Taking care of active involvement with Quality Assurance teams in defining the QA strategy, test plans and use cases to validate solution
- Communicating planned and unplanned activity
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in enterprise level ITSM systems
- Background in enterprise level system performance analysis and KPI’s
- Excellent Stakeholder management
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of SDLC
Nice to have:
- Analysis and Design experience of ServiceNow version upgrades
- Background in enterprise level system monitoring
