Position Summary
In Tornos we are looking candidates with passion, innovative and proactive approach with commitment to our strategy. As ServiceNow administrator you will be part of Global Service department in Tornos organization and you will be responsible for general administrative and development support of ServiceNow platform in the licence of Customer Service area. In specific you will be responsible for daily administrative tasks and also project support in terms of growth, upgrades and redesign of existing solution to the next level. This has to be aligned with the business process needs and overall concept of organizational strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide general administration and technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow platform and associated applications
- Build and maintain internal technical documentation and processes documentation
- Coordinate application and platform upgrades and system updates based on stakeholders needs
- Support business organizational strategy, service transformation and other business development initiative in the perspective of application level
- Demonstrate collaboration, alignment and flexibility to Tornos Service transformation program and overall Tornos Group strategy
Requirements
- Ability to work on ServiceNow incidents or service request, problems and knowledge management applications
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to analyse raw results, determine bottlenecks and recommend solution
- Ability to train people on ServiceNow platform usage
- Good command of written & verbal English

Education and Experience

- Bachelor degree of economics / technical / or relevant
