Service Solutions Manager

Your responsibilities
- Strategy implementation, Market development and Sales management.
- Implement and drive the global Product Group Strategy at local level.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate market conditions, customer strategies and competitive activities.
- Identify growth areas in the local Market, develop business in new market segments.
- Develop innovative Service opportunities and products for new and existing installations.
- Ensure cross-business unit collaboration within the Hitachi Energy organization.
- Initiate potential Partnerships for securing continuous order intake and sustainable growth.
- Ensure process compliance and data quality in commercial offers and projects.
- Prepare and conduct business reviews with the relevant management organization.
- Performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead, promote and implement a "Best in Industry" culture in the areas of health and safety, environmental protection and integrity.
- Ensure fulfillment of Order intake targets as well as profitable growth and increased productivity.
- Ensure compliance with agreed delivery, performance and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Project reviews ensuring performance and fullfillment of contractual committments as well as approve deviations and changes.
- Monitor and analyse existing processes and projects with regard to quality, costs, achievement of objectives, etc. and initiate actions for continuous improvment as necessary.
- Consistent development and advancement of processes based on customer feedback.
Your background
- Engineering or Business Degree preferable.
- Commercial acumen with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Multifunctional experiences within PProject delivery delivery and / or Service business operations.
- Broad knowledge of theories, tools and practices in business improvement, project & change management.
- Experience in dealing with, tender pursuits, project delivery and supplier management.
- Experience in leading & motivating a high calibre team of senior experts / functional leaders with a focus on policy, capability, process improvements and resources development.
- Ability to successfully persuade and influence senior management teams.
- Good communicator with excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
