It is an excellent opportunity to be a part of creating new team in cooperation with Sweden and many internal stakeholders. You will get experience in English training and learn more about investment products. The position gives an opportunity to work with the entire lifecycle of funds and become an expert within savings products in the Nordic countries.
Services we offer are among others monitoring the fund trading flow for all Nordea customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, making updates in Savings Information Repository, setting up funds, opening ASK accounts including transferring holdings in terms of equities, funds and cash from/to Nordea to/from other financial institutions. Internal and external corporate actions like mergers, name changes, liquidations and dividends. We are (re)sending letters to customers and maintaining the IT backlog by adding new requirements and many daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting for Private and Personal Banking.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Investment Product Trading Services team. We add value by executing and improving operational processes within selected investment products, with the ambition to continuously deliver even better experiences for our customers. The customers are professional and non-professional clients that want to invest in Nordea’s different Nordic investment products and services (securities, mutual funds, tax wrappers, discretionary service etc.). You will work in cross-border team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking part in training in cooperation with Sweden (stationary or abroad)
- Ensure that the processes in scope are executed in a timely manner with high quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain (advisors, Investment Centre, Savings Support, Nordea Funds, Nordea Asset Management, IT operations and IT development teams)
- Drive the team’s agenda to make the operating model more efficient, more scalable and less prone to risk over time
- Drive or participate in projects related to Team´s capabilities
