We are now looking for an Service Operations Officer to Investment Product Services. This is an excellent chance to be a part of a new cross-border team collaborating with many internal stakeholders. The position gives the opportunity to work with the entire lifecycle of funds and deepen your knowledge within savings products in the Nordic countries. Services we offer to Private- Business- and Personal Banking are among others setting up funds, manage static data for funds, performing corporate actions in funds, controlling and monitor the fund-trading-flow and ensuring well settlement of the trades. We collaborate closely with IT and Product Management and take an active part in making improvements by adding new requirements and finding new solutions.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Discretionary & Product Info. Services team. You will join a cross-border team within IPS, where we execute and improve operational processes within selected investment products, with the ambition to continuously deliver even better experience for our customers. The customers are both professional and non-professional clients that want to invest in Nordea’s different Nordic investment products and services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take part in training
- Ensure that the processes in scope are executed in a timely manner with high quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain (advisors, Investment Centre, Savings Support, Nordea Funds, Nordea Asset Management)
- Drive the team’s agenda to make the operating model more efficient, more scalable and less prone to risk over time
- Drive or participate in projects related to Team´s capabilities

Your experience and background:
- Interested in investment funds
- Great communication skills in English, both in verbally and written word
- A strong Team player with a flexible and open mind-set
- Solid experience within the savings-area, Swedsec licence is meritorious
- Proactive, creative and like to investigate
- Having strong analytical skills
- Feel comfortable in dynamic and changing environment
- Excel and macro knowledge will be an asset
