As a member of Service Management Team, you will assume a role encompassing Service Manager and Business Product Owner responsibilities. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while also driving the strategic direction and development of business products or services. Your role will involve managing service delivery processes, fostering stakeholder relationships, defining product vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing concerns.
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for business products or services, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Requirement Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize feature enhancements, and new capabilities based on business value and customer impact.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor service and product performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement to enhance service quality and product effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance service delivery and product quality.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to service delivery processes and product development, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to teams of service delivery professionals and cross-functional product development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients or internal stakeholders.
