Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Provide support to the leadership in managing resources, services, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of the business and clients.
Responsibilities include the execution of demand management processes, training and skills tracking, management reporting and service management.
The role requires a proactive approach to managing different types of events, and supports a continuous improvement strategy in providing accurate recording of information and the related analysis of the events.
Resource / Skill Management
- Monitor the demand vs. supply position identifying options for growth, cross skilling and off-shoring – increase recoverability
- Accountable for the management of External Opportunities, analysing met & un-met opportunities, identifying skills gaps.
- Use consistent analysis to request resources using capacity planning and supply and demand processes and ensure the resources are deployed to meet investment priorities
Compliance & Reporting
- Present the performance reports incorporating client and project performance, infrastructure, resource management, data centre status, and client compliance
- Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues; ensure that any concerns or potential risks are raised or escalated in an appropriate and timely manner
- Coordinate operation calls to review key data related to the services/projects; work with offshore team to prepare dashboards; prepare associated weekly/monthly slide deck and distribute to the
- appropriate teams; prepare agenda with Service/Project leaders
- Implement and administer project and management tools and methodologies to promote and ensure the quality of project deliverables
Service Management
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the processes and procedures of Service Management
- Manage the execution of new and current processes
- Develop and maintain documentation of issues and risks
- Manage and execute escalation procedures
- Contribute to a positive work environment that influences high employee engagement and supports the entity's retention and diversity targets
- Excellent communication (written and oral) with persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to organise and prioritise work in an effective manner
- Fluent in German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
