Service Line Manager (Embedded)

You will be a good match if you are/have:
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Experience with software development process;
- Technical insight regarding embedded technologies and electronics;
- 2+ years former experience as a Team Leader/ Manager/ Scrum Master/ or Product Owner;
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Collaborative attitude;
- Demonstrable ability to manage risk;
- Very good command of English both in speech and writing.
As a part of our team, you will:
- Provide leadership and direction to one of competence teams in line with intive's strategy and customer needs;
- Provide day-to-day people management by managing motivation and performance, coaching, giving regular feedback;
- Be responsible for competence development and utilization of staff allocated to the team to ensure job rotation and minimize assignment coverage gaps;
- Recruit and hire talents to fill team positions;
- Review and make salary decisions;
- Define the roadmap for the technical areas assigned to service line;
- Promote adoption of the new technologies across the company as well as knowledge exchange;
- Engage internal and external technical community to promote, learn and teach;
- Contribute actively to the site management team as well as engage with other line managers across the organization;
- Look for new potential business opportunities in cooperation with project management and sales teams.
