We are seeking Service Integration Analyst to join our CIO Service Management team in Gdansk.
The CIO organization in Thomson Reuters provides shared capabilities spanning Service Management, Digital Commerce, LABs, Platforms Engineering, and Architecture. The role of Service Integration Analyst is a critical function within Service Management where the interaction with the Supplier defines how effectively we consume their service. We leverage Service and Operational reviews to do this and through well-defined principles, processes, and metrics, our team collaborates to gauge how the supplier supports the underpinning of our Products across the enterprise. These Products would be within the Legal, Tax and Accounting Practice, Corporates segments along with the enabling functions – supporting the organization.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Service Integration Analyst, you will:
Manage all aspects in our capability areas within Service Management: functionally focused on Service Integration Capabilities which include - Introduction / Onboarding / Governance / Compliance
Work closely with Service Providers both Internal and External to manage Service Level Management Assessments with the ability to define, manage and guide discussions around service expectations to establish outcomes in our experience of the Service
Work on Business as Usual (BAU) in assuring & enabling Service Management expectations with our Service Providers
Liaise with Introduction, Onboarding, Governance, Cost Optimization and Compliance Teams to enable a unified experience
Manage consistent and actionable reporting across service providers (internal and external)
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Service Integration Analyst if you:
Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology / Engineering or related discipline
Have 2-5 years of experience in Technology Management, Vendor Management, Software development and/or technology infrastructure and operations
Offer a broad range of skills and levels of understanding related to technology infrastructures such as Cloud, AI, Platforms, Networking & tools.
Have certification in ITSM, ITIL or Service Integration & Management Experience (beneficial)
Are a strong-minded, collaborative individual capable of developing a vision and roadmap to deliver it
Have strong supplier / partner / vendor management experience
Have strong stakeholder management skills
