Service Desk Team Leader with English

The duties will include:
- Supervision of the team of Accounts payable Service Desk associates (around 30 employees)
- Assuring team performance according to agreed processes
- Assuring service delivery within agreed SLAs (timely and with good quality)
- Providing Monthly Reporting and set of KPI to the Management
- Driving and participating in improvement projects
- Coordinating new tools implementation
- Building relationship with the client
- Handling escalations from customers and vendors
- Monitoring and reviewing process controls
- Supporting internal and external audits

We are looking for candidates with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
- University degree
- Knowledge of customer service environment
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Fluent English
- CRM tools and call distribution systems knowledge
- MS Office knowledge/skills
- SAP experience will be an asset
